Messed up my style.css, I think

Hi,
My Meta Slider Pro images seem to have grown beyond control, and the only thing I can say is that I foolishly edited the style.css file. I can’t seem to isolate the edited portion, however. Everything else functions correctly, so I must have changed something in styles.css inadvertently.

Are you able to send me an unaltered style.css for Vantage Premium version 2.4.4?

Which one would need to be replaced? themes/vantage/style.css or themes/vantage/premium/styles.css

Thanks and regards,
Todd

    Sorry for my “panic post”!

I resolved it by downloading Vantage Premium and replacing my style.css with the new, pristine one.

I replaced the stylesheet here: themes/vantage/style.css

All of my Vantage files show the same modification date, so I was unsure which one is considered the “master” css file.

    Thanks and regards,
    Todd

    Hi Todd

Really glad to hear you made a recovery.

A friendly reminder that all WordPress.org themes completely overwrite their own folder during them updates so any changes made to the Vantage style.css wouldn’t survive a theme update. Here is our little Custom CSS tutorial: https://siteorigin.com/basics/modifying-theme-design-with-custom-css/

    Cheers for now :)
