Message on Content page of Homepage: no images found…..

I have looked everywhere to figure out where this paragraph can be taken out along with its div.

I go to inspect element and deleted the node but it comes right back. I tried to edit the html with the right click edit html but after I do I don’t know how to save it so that it does not come back.
