    Further to the above

If I go to Appearance tab, then customize, the preview looks fine, as soon as I close the customize tab all the fonts and menus and fonts are wrong??

    thanks Mitch

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Mitch

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

It looks like your stylesheet isn’t loading. That’s the file that handles all the main styling for the theme. Just guessing but it could be due to the caching you’re doing. Try this. Go to your caching plugin in WordPress (if you are using one), clear it’s cache and then go to Plugins and de-activate it.

I’m travelling today so I’m a bit in and out of contact. I’ll ask Greg or Magus to check in here when they get online a bit later.

Let us know how this goes.

    Hi Andrew
I appreciate the prompt response, and yes that did work, I was using W3 Total cache, perhaps I shouldn’t. I did try and reactivate, but I got the same issue. Any suggestions on the caching?

    thanks
    Mitch

    Hi, I Work Here

Awesome :) Glad to hear we found the problem. Your plugin should be fine, just not all of the settings. Please look at rolling back to a basic setup and then gradually adding settings until the site breaks. CSS minification might be the issue.

(I’m referring to the settings within W3 Total Cache.)

Let us know how that goes.

Alternatively, the basic setup in WP Super Cache should work nicely with the option to add static pages if your hosting setup supports it.
