Menu Text Size

How can I go about changing the size of the text in the main menu and sub menu? I found a previous thread that shows the custom css but I do not need the font type changed. Sorry, I am such a newbie at this. All your help is so very much appreciated!

    Please try the following under Appearance > Custom CSS and adjust as required:

    /* Vantage Set Menu Font Family and Size */

.main-navigation {
font-size: 12px;
}
