    Hi Ankita

So you have a URL we can take a look at?

Strangely enough, it looks like the responsive menu just isn’t active on your home page. My guess is that this page is being cached. Do you have any caching plugins installed (some WordPress auto installers come with a caching plugin installed and activated by default).

If not, can you ask your web hosts if they can flush any caches for you.

I have not installed any caching plugin separately. how can i find which other installed plugins have caching facility. Please give me the idea what should i do?

Hi Andrew Misplon, which type of role of login you want. Please tell.

Hi Ankita I tried moving your home page from Custom Home Page to a regular page, this works but the moment I assign that page as your home page under Settings > Reading the mobile menu stops working. I disabled all non-SiteOrigin plugins temporarily, that didn’t work either. Please can you try updating WordPress and Page Builder and any other plugins with updates pending and let me know if there is any change.

If the above doesn’t resolve please ask your hosting company about server caching as we believe that might be the issue. The mobile nav code isn’t being fully loaded on the home page.
