Menu not sticking to the top of the screen when scrolling down

I have checked stick menu to top in theme settings but it is not sticking – my logo and menu are in the header but it is not staying at the top it is scrolling with the page.

    Hi Belinda

    This issue is occurring because you have placed you main menu in the header sidebar rather than using the main menu container at Appearance->Theme Settings->Layout->Masthead Menu.

    When this is set as an empty menu it does not have a menu to assign as sticky. In order to utilize the sticky menu you will need to remove the header sidebar and assign your menu to the primary position. This can then be repositioned to suit your design with custom CSS.
