menu not showing in masthead

I’ve been building my website using North and updated the theme a few days ago. I’m not sure if that’s what triggered this, but my menu is no longer showing. I have tried deleting and rebuilding the menu, and it works with other themes. The container is there, the menu location is set to Primary Menu.
I can’t link to it as its still being constructed and I have a maintainence page installed, but can attach a screenshot if that helps – looks like no option here to do that though. Any advice please?

    Hi Mayin,

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? We really need to inspect your page to work out why this is going on.

    li {
