Menu not resizing correctly in boxed layout

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

Hi,

I am trying to change the layout of my site from full width to boxed, however when I do this the menu doesn’t fit inside the container like everything else. Any idea how I can fix this? I am fairly new to website building and don’t have much knowledge on coding.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Steph,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Hi Steph,

    You can change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Please add the following CSS:

    .main-navigation {
        margin: 0 -10px;

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.

    Hi Alex,

    Great that’s fixed it.

    How can I make the masthead full height so there isn’t any grey at the top?
