Hi there,
The issue I am having is that my site’s top menu doesn’t show up in mobile view when pagebuilder is activated. I have deactivated page builder and tried to see if this fixes the issue and it does. I would love to continue using page builder because it offers a lot of features that I can’t really find anywhere else so if you can please help me resolve the problem it would be very appreciated. Many thanks in advance,
Kari
Hi Karl,
I just had a look around and the issue appears to be that the mobile menu icon is missing (you can actually click where the mobile menu should be and it’ll work). I’m unsure why disabling SiteOrigin Page Builder helped resolve this issue for you as we don’t touch any of the theme assets. I would recommend reinstalling your theme as that’ll ensure the image is present.

Hi Alex,
Thanks for your support. However, I have to say that the image is definitely present – I re-uploaded it to make sure. I also substituted it with another type of image (and changed the script to call the new image) but that didn’t help (it’s been changed back now).
Currently, I’m out of options I’ve tried everything to fix this issue and it hasn’t been possible. I really love using SiteOrigin as a page builder; it’s very easy and intuitive.
I’d really appreciate if you can give me further support to resolve this issue which is affecting the traffic on my website through mobile devices.
Many thanks in advance,
Kari
Hi Kari,
If the linked image exists (and changing it doesn’t help), that means you have a permissions error. I would recommend checking the permission of thehttps://bluekitecapital.com.au/wp-content/themes/converio/images/svg/ directory and its files to ensure they’re accessible. If you’re not too sure how to do this, I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance.
