Menu item: “That page can’t be found.”

10 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 10 years ago

When someone push an item from our menus (main & bottom) we have this message:
“That page can’t be found.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”
BUT when someone push an SUB item from our menus (main & bottom) all pages look ok!
This is the site: www.servox.gr
I need help please!

    Hi Giannis237

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

Please can you go to Appearance > Menus. Try deleting the parent menu item and re-adding it. Let me know how that goes.

Thanks for the extra info. Please try a troubleshooting process:

    1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins.
    3. Go to Settings > Permalinks and click Save.
    4. Re-test the problem. If the problem is fixed then please re-activate your plugins one by one. After each activation check the problem.
    5. If the above doesn’t help then switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and test with all plugins OFF even SiteOrigin plugins.

Let us know how you come along with that.
