menu is not showing complete limits to the lower end of the page

I am using Vantage premium to build our company site. I have a problem with the dropdown menu. In the products dropdown menu there are around 20 products, but as the page is not large, the drop down menu is appearing until the lower edge of the page. Can i fix it? Put a scroll down option in the menu, or can i design the menu to fold in a second row if there is no more space?

    Hi palaenium

Thanks for reaching out. This unfortunately might be a limitation of the current Vantage menu. Vantage has integration ready for the UberMenu plugin which can help build mega menu, it’s not a free plugin though.

If you send through a link to the site I’ll see if there is anything we can do to split the menu.

    Dear Sir,

I bought the UberMenu plugin and i somehow solver the problem. But i have another bug/problem now: I have turned on the Sticky menu option of vantage them and i am using the UberMenu as main menu. While you scroll down in a page the menu sticks (as it must) on the top of the screen but when you scroll up and the menu comes back in the default position, no of the folddown menus are working. You have to refresh the page. I know the UberMenu company has an extra charge for sticky menu, but as your theme already support sticky menu cant i use yours option?
Please note that i have enabled the cooming soon plugin, so can i send you with private reply my login details to check the problem?

    Hi Palaenium

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Hi, thanks for your reply :) We requested a set of login details in our previous message, hopefully that didn’t fall through the email cracks. Perhaps just send through the link to your website first and we’ll take a look. If you’d like to send that privately you can check the Private Reply checkbox in the bottom right corner.

Thanks for the details. Good news! We have the problem fixed in Vantage 2.4. That release will be going out a little later this week. Your problem should be fixed after updating.
