You can accomplish this using a theme setting. In your WordPress admin, navigate to AppearanceTheme Settings. Under the Layout tab is a setting called Masthead Layout. Change this setting to Logo in Menu.
From there, you’d need to change colors to match that design. You can do that using Vantage customization settings https://siteorigin.com/vantage-documentation/customizations/.
