I would like to create a menu in a widget. I want to set a buy menu then create links to various book stores beside the book. Can I do this in page builder widgets or do you know a widget I can add to Vantage that will work. If you go to the first page on the Book Menu there is a book called Best of Bridge Home Cooking. I want to put a menu beside it and do the same for all the books I am going to add. A example of a menu like that occurs on this site http://www.robertrose.ca/categories-books/best-bridge.
Hi Angelaread
You can insert a Custom Menu widget which will allow you to list any menu created at Appearance > Menus. In Vantage the Custom Menu widget doesn’t have any specific styling when added to the content area so it will display as a regular list of links.
Okay that helps also. Do you know if its possible for users to search content made in a site origin editor. I have created a recipe index that’s literally hundreds and hundred of lines. Want to know if there is any way to make it searchable
Content from Page Builder is copied over to the regular WordPress Visual/Text fields on save so content should be findable.
There isn’t any way to specifically search SiteOrigin Widgets.
Glad to hear you made progress with the menu.
