Menu disappears when activating Vantage Premium

When activating the Premium version of Vantage, the menu disappears on the home page. he menu appears on all other pages. I have tried toggling Responsive Menu on and off but with no result. I reinstall the Vantage free version and the menu returns. I have gone through all the customization options and can find nothing which would remove the menu from the Home page alone. Unfortunately I am not familiar with HTML.

    Hi Greg

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    Definitely no HTML experience required. Please head to Appearance > Menus and check that your custom menu is saved and correctly assigned to the theme’s primary menu location. If it is, please then try de-activating all your plugins and see if that changes anything.

    No sooner than my posting a topic, I found the problem…and it was me. I did some Custom CSS based on another issue and it was interfering with the masthead and menu. Erased it and the masthead and menu reappeared.
