Menu behind Hero

My menu is appearing behind the hero at top of homepage. I’ve seen a few threads on how to fix this but have been unsuccessful in my attempts. Any help would be appreciated. thx

    You can try adding the following to Appearance > Custom CSS or Customize > Additional CSS:

    .site-navigation {
	z-index: 101;
}

    Doesn’t seem to be affecting anything.

    It’s weird cos I’ve seen threads suggesting as much and have tried them but no resulting change.

    There’s an arrow on the right sigh that when I either click on it or scroll down far enough, then all the menus show up but not otherwise

    The following should be the correct rule to add:

    .navigation-top {
	z-index: 101;
}
