menu bar transparency and sticking issue

Hi

The menu seems to stick to the top of the page then works fine until returning tot he top again. Do you know how to solve this? Also can I ask what the zoom: does?

    If you see zoom set to 1 then that’s most likely there to help cross browser problems.

    played with zoom and thats something i don’t want changing.
