I am having troubles with my drop down menu. I can get a drop down menu to work, however I only want the sub categories to work and not the one in the menu bar. Please help.
I have the drop down set in the “Media” page, I want the “photos” and “videos” to go somewhere but I dont want “Media” to go anywhere.

Instead of adding a Page as your parent menu item, remove that and add a Link. Links sit just below Pages at Appearance > Menus. Add any url when adding the link item. Once the link item has been added remove the url and you’re just left with the text (Media). The menu item then won’t be clickable.
