    Hi Jennifer

All looks normal now. If Meta Slider > Advanced (tab in right column) > 100% Width is checked, the slider height will be quite high, to compensate for the stretch. As an alternative, try turning 100% width off and instead opt to stretch the home slider from Appearance > Theme Settings > Home > Stretch option.

Well, I have noticed on mobile platform my menu doesn't drop down. What good is the website if people can't access the menu? Is this something I can fix?

There unfortunately looks to be a conflict between the mobile menu and a plugin. Please try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once and re-test. If the menu issue resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one, after each activation, re-check the menu.
