Media Library Not Loading in Widgets

This seems to happen a lot with the SiteOrigin widgets, as opposed to the basic Page Builder ones. I’m assembling a page with several Call To Action set ups and want to use my own images for the buttons. The problem is, every time I hit “Choose Your Own Image,” the Media Library page comes up, but the pictures don’t load. I can upload a photo, but I’ve already uploaded the same photo over and over.

Unfortunately, the page is still in draft and the problem is on the backend. And it’s not just the Call To Action widget, it’s any of them that allow me to choose an image from the Media Library

I’m using Vantage Premium, and have paid for it twice now.

    Hi Anne

    Sorry to hear about this challenge.

    Please can you try a few steps for us:

    1. Dashboard > Updates: ensure there are no updates pending.

    2. Plugins: Please try temporarily de-activating all plugins not made by SiteOrigin and re-test.
