Masthead Padding and Image Issue

There’s two issues that I seem to be running into:
1) I can choose an image to go in the header/masthead by going to Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Logo and pick my image for the masthead. However, if I go to Appearance -> Customize -> General and change the padding to 0 (or any value) it will not save.
2) If I remove the image from Theme Settings and go to Appearance -> Customize -> Page and change the masthead image there, it only displays the site title and not the image.
What I’m trying to do is to reduce the padding of the logo/masthead image so that it doesn’t take up so much space. Will I just need to go into the CSS and change it there? If so where would I make that change?
Thank you.

    Hi Matthew

    Thanks for your support.

    1. Small bug here. The field will accept any value except 0. Try 1 for example.

    2. Appearance > Customize > Theme Design > Page > Masthead Background ideally shouldn’t be used for the logo. It’s a great field to use for a header background though. Are you trying to upload a background in addition to the logo?
