masonry layout and thumbnails behaviour

Hi SO,

I’m exoeriencing issues with Masonry. I think since the last 2 updates of the SO PageBuilder.
I hoped the newest update would fix it, but it didn’t.

It seems to correlate with “call-to-action” “hero-buttons” and any other clear JS module.

The masonry picture scaling is of. The previously smooth transition and reordering is off as well.
Buttons in the hero header and call-to-action are shown 3 times.

I disabled/reenabled the modules.

Anyone experiencing the same?

Kr,

    Hi Tngvndrm,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on Dashboard page. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Tngvndrm,

We don’t actually handle premium support through the forum – it’s all through email. It’s purely a coincidence that I saw your post as we don’t actually have a way of knowing if you’re a premium user or not.

I can’t actually view the live page, is it a draft? If so, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Tngvndrm,

    Thanks for that.

This looks like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    Hi Alex,

I promised i’d get back to you.

I found the culprit: the Tickera plugin is apparently messing up the CSS / JS.
I’m contacting the developer for a fix.

Since i was relying on the Tickera service for a ticket sales a had at the time. I couldn’t easily switch it off back then.

    Thanks for the help.
I hope this can help you towards other clients experiencing similar issues.
