Margin Under Slider

Hello,

I’m using the Vantage theme (premium). I’m putting a horizontal opt-in form and would like to have it directly under the slider image (no whitespace). I’ve changed the padding on the optin form, but think I need to adjust any margins below the slider. I can’t seem to locate this in the css. Can you assist?

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    If it’s just on the home page you could try the following under Appearance > Custom CSS:

    .home #main { padding-top: 0 !important; }

    If that doesn’t work please send through a link so I can view the site.

    (A quick reminder that any changes made to theme files at a code level will be lost during theme update so when it comes to CSS, Custom CSS is the way, our tutorial is here if you’re keen: https://siteorigin.com/basics/modifying-theme-design-with-custom-css/. In the case of ever editing the code in other files (PHP) you’d then need a child theme).

    Excellent. Thanks Andrew. I haven’t gotten around to making a child theme, so this custom css option is awesome so I don’t lose all my css edits after an upgrade!
