Hello,
We have your Vantage Theme.

We have setup SiteOrigin Plug in, created Google API key, entered it, secured API key with our *.websitename.com/* etc etc…

But, the maps still not working correctly = Not displaying.

Also, on home page, the main map should display ALL of the “Locations” we have inputted on site, but it seems this cannot be done with the new “SiteOrigin” map plug in?

If you can please advise what we can do to fix all of our maps so they function.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi R D

On the site front-end, try opening the browser console, here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If there are errors present in red, please, screenshot, upload to imgur.com and send us the link.
If there isn’t anything of use in the console, try repeating the check but this time while editing the map widget. Hopefully, there will be an error/s present that helps us diagnose the issue.

For the home page location count issue, please, try the same step, check the console, if errors are present, screenshot and send us the link.

    Thanks

    Hi Andrew,

    1. The only time we can get a map to function is if we ALSO have a "Site
Origin" map on same page. (which we cannot have). But, this is only way we can get to function.

    2. I know in past you mention to "disable" all non-site origin widgets, but we do not see how to do that?

    3. For Home Page, we NEED to display ALL of the "locations" we have listed on the site. So, i don't think a "Site Origin" mod would achieve that?

    4. We have set up needed API in Google, also along with the necessary API's
    Enabled. (see attached)

    5. Regarding the "Google Ads", they are still under review. Thats why they are not showing at this time.

    6. The 468×60 banner at top, we just put as "Site Origin" widget just to see if we can get "something" to display. (just testing)

    See attached screenshots.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi

    Thanks for the feedback.

    1. Are you using AppThemes Vantage? If you have a current license, it would be best to set up a page without any SiteOrigin widgets in place and then reach out to theme support to ask them if they can help resolve the maps widget issue. It would simplify the support request if there was no mention of SiteOrigin and you were just asking AppThemes to help resolve their widget issue.
    https://forums.appthemes.com/#vantage-theme-forums

    2. If you’d like to run a plugin conflict test for the AppThemes Vantage Maps widget you could temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by AppThemes. If none of your plugins are authored by AppThemes then deactivate all plugins. Does the AppThemes Vantage Maps issue resolve? That’s how you run a plugin conflict test for that particular issue.

To run a plugin conflict test for the SiteOrigin maps widget you’d need to switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In that state, does the SiteOrigin Maps issue resolve?

    3. The home page map issue is specific to AppThemes, they’ll need to assist there.

I recommend researching where in the AppThemes Vantage settings you can insert your Maps API key. Perhaps see https://docs.appthemes.com/tutorials/setting-google-maps-api-key/.
