Mapify Plugin not displaying

Hi there

I am trying to display the MapifyPro plugin on my site and it is not rendering correctly when placed inside the Site Origin widgets – I have read other threads and so I have tried the other fixes (like using the WP text widget and not the Site Origin one). I am using the Layers theme.

This is what it looks like when inside Site Origin widget: http://momsenbikes.com/2018/dealers/#
And this is what it is meant to look like (using normal page – no Layer widgets or Site Builder Widgets): http://momsenbikes.com/2018/demo-dealers/

Please can you have a look and let me know if you think it is theme or plugin related.

I would normally be fine just displaying it on the page in a normal wordpress page but I need to insert it into a page that has already been designed using entirely Site Origin widgets.

Thank you.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bronwyns,

Please try adding the shortcode through the Custom HTML widget. To clarify, the text widget is no longer recommended as of WordPress 4.8 as WordPress has converted the text widget into a basic editor.

    Hi there

Doesn’t work. I have tried all of the widgets and none work.

I also notice that it makes the whole page boxed, so not full width. I have tried to make contact with the plugin developers but that is taking some time.

    Can you recommend anything else?

    Regards
    Bronwyn

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bronwyns,

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave MapifyPro enabled) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If that doesn’t help, please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Content tab. Tick Content Cache. Does that help?
