i changed the existing Posts info my OWN posts by replacing the text and pic.
making new Posts is possible but I think I make mistake.
the post can be viewed in the archive and as an seperate page
but it is not showed on frontpage

Head over to Pages, edit the home page and edit the Posts Grid widget in the From the Blog section. Within the Posts Grid widget is a setting labeled Post in. If you remove all of the ID’s currently found in that field, your Posts Grid widget will then display all posts. Right now it’s set up to only display a few select posts by ID. Let us know how that goes.
