make the header and the footer of my theme with page builder

Hello,
I am trying to create the header and the footer of my theme (which will be the same on all pages)
I tried with the theme Bento by Satori Studio where there is an option in customize/widget/footer, add a widget then build a full footer in the form of a page (not sure about the option’s name I have it in French)
I asked on a WP french forum and someone told me to try Vantage theme by SiteOrigin. I tried it but I did not see any option to customize the header or the footer with page builder.
Do you know how to do? or is there a theme where I could do that?

    Hi Seb,

    You can do this in Vantage by navigating to WP AdminAppearanceWidgets and add a Layout Builder to your Masthead and Footer widget areas. Then set them up as desired. Certain base elements of the theme will remain but they can be adjusted in the theme design settings (WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme Design).
