Hi Robin,
To clarify, what part of the contact form would you like to be transparent? Is it the container? If so, please open the SiteOrigin Contact Form widget and open the Design settings group, then the Container settings group. Open the Background Color by clicking Select Color, then click Clear. Please save your page – how does that look? if you would rather not have the border present. Please go to the same location but this time clear the Container’s border color.
