Make responsive featured images an pages

Hi
I just added the featured image to the page layout by embed the lines from the single post layout

but the image is not fullsize and not responsive (in the post laoyout it is) ??
can you help me?

    Thanks for running Vantage. Please remember to make changes like this within a child theme to keep them upgrade safe.
