Main Slider Not Appearing On Mobile

Hi, I am running vantage premium and have main slider set. It does not show up on mobile device. The short code sliders do work on mobile so Is there a setting I need to correct for main slider? Thanks, Kevin

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Yes. My site is www,goalreel.com. I have tried turning off the main slider and just adding a shortcode but then site ran slower when trying to load full width slider stretched.

    Thanks. It looks like you have a menu that only appears on mobile. If you know which plugin is powering that can you test without it quickly and see if it resolves the slider issue. That’ll give us a place to start.

    Thanks. I am using WP Touch and temporarily disabled it. It defaulted to theme mobile version and still didn’t show slider. Would there be a different setting I am missing?

    Quick one. Are you running a caching plugin. We’re reasonably certain the challenge relates to WP Touch. Is it possible you viewed a cached result of your site after de-activating WP Touch?

    Thank you very much for your prompt response. This is important because we are going for a full scale launch within the next 2 weeks and lining up advertising partners,
    I have temporally turned off WP Touch and I am getting the same result. Let me know if you are getting the same and we can go from there.

    Thanks. Please, go to Jetpack > Settings and disable Mobile Theme.
