Using wordpress 4.0 and vantage premium. the top menu dosnt stick to the top while scrolling. I have ticked sticky menu in theme settings.

Your menu is sticking on my side but it’s not formatting as it should. Assuming no theme files have been modified can you perhaps try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugin and re-test the issue. If it resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one while checking the problem.
I just tested it on Opera (chrome is fine but non sticky) and a second menu is showing up on the left in a box which is sticky. The main menu is covered partially by this. I have only configured though. I will try disabling plugins and see what happens
