I am using vantage theme, and i would like to center the mail poet form in my footer, try several stuff but does not work, always left.

Perhaps try our Layout Builder widget. To do this go to Appearance > Widgets, remove the widgets you currently have in the footer, then insert a Layout Builder. With the Layout Builder open you can then build a Page Builder style layout in the footer.

Thanks for the tip, works fine, however the subscription form is not align vertically like the others two icons (contact & Facebook one). Any idea why ?

If you edit the text widget with the form in it and click on the text option for the editor you will see that there is an unused paragraph tag. If you remove this all your elements will line up.
