Lost Page builder /Panels with latest update

Help! I love your plugin and have been using for 5+ years without any issues. With the latest Plugin I lost the Page Builder Tab and all my panels.

Thanks for your support.
It sounds like there is a JavaScript error on the page. Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin?
