I lost what I’ve done when I save my draft copy

Hello guys,

Since few months, I have a probleme with my blog.

All extensions and my WordPress are up to date. I emptied my cache too but my problem still here. I am trying to desactive some extensions to know if one of theses cause some troubles…

I write an article and I save it as draft. I will publish it when It will be finished. When I add some text or image and I save my article… I lose what I’ve done. It is like I didn’t do anything.

I am blocked because I can’t add something anymore.

Something wrong with draft ? The Page Builder doesn’t work with ?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alex,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve been facing. There are no known SiteOrigin Page Builder issues like this so we’re not too sure why this is happening.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
