Logo No Longer Centered

Disclaimer… sorry I’m still a bit of a rookie when it comes to customizing WordPress websites.
I built a webiste using Vantage Premium, and now the logo at the top of the page stopped centering in the header–despite having the checkbox selected. I’m not sure how to fix this–I’ve tried some custom CSS but to no avail.
I have made no updates recently and am afraid of losing any data/customization if I do. Please advise if this may also be part of the issue.
Many thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hey Katie

    Good to hear from you.

I’m not quite sure what’s happening but can see a problem.

If you go to Appearance > Themes does the screenshot say “Vantage Premium” or is there just a normal screenshot with no writing over it?

If you go to Appearance > Customize, is there a Theme Design section there?

    Thanks

Hello Andrew, the screenshot does say Vantage Premium, although with updates available. I also see the theme design section (and that’s where I see the “Center Logo” option checked under the General Tab.

    Cheers,
    Katie

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. Please run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.

If the problem isn’t resolved, please, send a set of temporary login details and I’ll take a look. I’ll send instructions for that now.

    Hi, I Work Here

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
