Logo in navigation, menu bar is not centered vertically

Hi,

i’m using Vantage Premium and have a problem in the navigation. I use the Logo in Navigation Feature and gave the navigation bar a menu item padding of 30px.

After that the logo is centered verticaly in the menu, but the navigation is at the top of the menu bar. What i want is the navigation centered vertically as the logo in the menue bar. How does that works?

Thank you!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi S.grope

    So sorry for the big delay. Try the following at Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* Logo */

    #masthead.masthead-logo-in-menu .logo {
        padding-top: 30px;
        padding-bottom: 30px;
    }

    That’ll allow you to set the logo padding separately from the menu padding. It should help align everything as required. Adjust the above values as required.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks for the reply. But this solution does not work.
    Is it maybe possible to change the position of the navigation points? The best soltution would be to center the navigation points vertically in the menu bar.

    Thank you! :-)

    Hi, I Work Here

    Try removing the previous Custom CSS I sent. Change it to:

    /* Logo */

    #page-wrapper #masthead.masthead-logo-in-menu .logo {
        padding-top: 0px;
        padding-bottom: 0px;
    }

    Thanks for the quick response.
    This solution would work, but only with padding 0px.
    If i choose padding it is just done to the logo, not to the navigation points.

    I hope you understand what i mean.

    Hi, I Work Here

    You can change 0px to match whatever value you set for menu padding at Appearance > Customize > Theme Design > Menu > Menu Padding. Sorry for not explaining. CSS for the logo and Customizer for the menu, you can now set padding for both elements.
