Logo in Menu take you to different pages

Is there anyway that the logo in menu could take the user to different pages depending on the page the user is???
This is the URL where the logo always takes you now:
qpuntto.com
My page is supposed to work as a service so what I want the logo to do is to take the user to the city page he selected on the home page (qpuntto.com) so it would work like this:
if the user is at:
qpuntto.com/xalapa/restaurantes/
and then he press the menu´s logo, take the user to:
qpuntto.com/xalapa
if the user is at:
qpuntto.com/tolucaymetepec/restaurantes/cliente1-3
and then he press the menu´s logo, take the user to:
qpuntto.com/tolucaymetepec
Is there a way to do what I want to????

URL: http://qpuntto.com/xalapa/restaurantes

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi artvaz

This unfortunately isn’t possible without custom coding. It might be easiest to get a developer to assist with this. We recommend https://codeable.io.

You’ll need to use a child theme.
Create a folder called “parts” in the child theme.
Copy over masthead.php to the parts folder.
Edit line 9 and use PHP conditional statements to set the URL depending on the location.

It’s unfortunately a bit more than we can help with.
