Logo in Menu – advanced option

Is it possible to have the “Logo in Menu” without deactivating the Header visibility? Also, the logo shouldn’t appear until the menu snaps to the top of the screen, however.

It would be nice to have two, separately-sized logos for both the Header and the Logo in Menu –browsers just don’t scale images as nice as an image-editing app.
