Logo in header is left justified and menu displays wrong

Hi.
Just rolled out this Vantage site

www.benningfieldgroup.com

…and we have a couple of issues. The logo on mobile is partially covered up and the menu is seemingly unmovable, no matter what tweaks we attempt.

Have scoured the forums and coming up with not much.

Help! Please and thank you.
