Livemesh Post Carousel not showing multiple pages

Dear Siteorigin support,

once again I am having some small issues. I had the Livemesh Post Carousel in my page for quite some time. I have set it up similarly to the NEXT Unwindg sitepack and want to show my travel galleries. First, I only had 2 so I didn’t notice any problems. Now I have added a third gallery and want the carousel widget to slide through them. Unfortunately, there are no prev/next arrows showing up, neither does the autoplay seem to work.

I have selected post type: pages and then selected my three pages (which are listed as numbers). This should still work, right?

You can have a look at it here: https://hike-and-travel.com at the very bottom of the page.

Did I do something wrong there?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Steffen,

According to your output, only two posts are present in the carousel. Did you select the posts the same way we did in the NEXT site pack? I ask because in that site pack we set the Carousel up to show specific posts (think featured posts) which prevents posts from showing unless selected.

Would it be possible for you to send me an export of your carousel widget? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

If this isn’t possible, can you please show me a screenshot of your query settings. We’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party image hosting like Imgur or vgy.me.

    Hello Alex,

thanks for taking your team. I really appreciate your help!

I am pretty sure I selected the pages similar to the NEXT site. I have chosen post type: pages and then “posts in: 69,…” (with the number of the pages apparently).

I have uploaded the layout here :https://tknk.io/cuZt

    Best regards,
    Steffen

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Steffen,

The provided link doesn’t seem to work for me. Can you please send a new one? Sorry about this!

Regardless, that’s likely why this is occurring. Did you update the carousel widget to reference the new post or is it still only referencing those two posts? If you would like to automate this, you should remove the post selections.

    Hi Alex,

I did select all three ! pages ! (they are not posts!!).

I have uploaded the file again: https://u.teknik.io/69GmP.json

    Hopefully it works now.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Steffen,

Thanks. Based on the provided layout, Livemesh isn’t using Posts Per Page in the literal sense and instead using that as a means to limit the total number of posts seen by the Carousel. Please increase this value and then save. How does that look? If you would like to adjust how many posts appear at once, please open the Livemesh Carousel and then open the Carousel Settings group. Adjust the Columns per row setting.

    Hi Alex,

oh man – I am so sorry for bothering you in the first place. I remembered checking increasing that “posts per page” but I guess I just screwed up. Sorry for wasting your time…

Anyways, you’re the best! Thanks so much!
