I just installed Page Builder and was attempting to use the Live Editor. When I try, I get a progress bar that fully loads with a gray background, but it never actually loads, it just shows the completed progress bar and the cursor indicates that its “loading.”

There a staff member mentions that this could be a problem with HTTPS. But unlike the user in the other thread, both my front-end and admin both run on HTTPS.
But I still think the HTTPS issue is the cause of the editor not working because I can see that when I open the editor, it requests some elements in HTTP instead of HTTPS. I’m not sure why its doing this since my site is set up to handle everything over HTTPS.
If someone could help me fix this issue and get the Live Editor working, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
Hi Uptonpon,
While it may be the issue described it’s more likely to be a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
If the above doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
