Live Editor button no longer available?

Need to update homepage of our website, and my SiteOrigin Live Editor button is no longer showing. Per a hint from another thread with a similar problem, I FTP’ed to the site and deleted the SO Bundle from WP-CONTENT, and re-installed from the website, but the problem persists.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ken,

To clarify, do you see Page Builder or the rest of the Page Builder toolbar items?

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

I no longer see any of the page-builder toolbar items.
This is all I have in my page editor ‘visual’ window.

Have not tried deactivating plug-ins yet.
    Thanks.

Sorry my image did not appear in my reply. Not sure how to post a screenshot.

    Hi Ken,

We’re unable to process attachments at this time. you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
