You are going to remove the Edit List Widget from Page Builder and making it a legacy plugin. I am using that Widget to get a formatted list, with “checks”. I use it for a bulleted product feature list, but I would like a little more control over layout without doing into CSS. I can’t get what I want from TinyMCE because it doesn’t seem to support the graphical check icon.
I would like left margin, bulleted list with paragraph formatting on text longer than one line, and with a check icon.
Is there a plugin that you would recommend? Or am I using the Edit List and TinyMCE widgets wrong.

At this stage it doesn’t seem like we’re going to implement the Legacy Widgets program. We have decided on a different road map for the development of Page Builder which will leave legacy widgets un-affected.
I don’t have any experience with a plugin like this but you might find one on the directory: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=list+widget. The features you’re requested would be super useful for sure.
