Is there a way to make an icon place a call to a phone number?
I’ve tried several angles such as adding a URL to the icon, but no luck.

The SiteOrigin Button widget in our Widget Bundle (http://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/) and the Button (PB) widget will accept a url as follows:
You can try that format in other widgets but I’m not certain it’ll work. The button widget does work as a fall back.
