Link picker doesn’t show all products

Hi all,

The problem I have: the link picker for setting a link for an image doesn’t show all WooCommerce products. Previously it showed all products, but now it only shows the older products. New products from a date somewhere in 2022 don’t show up in the list.

Did someone experience the same problem? Is there a solution?

I updated everything, but it didn’t help. I have to say that there are quite a lot of products (1400+) in this website.

I hope someone recognizes the problem and knows the answer. Thanks!

Best regards,

Teunis

    Hi Teunis

    Thanks for reaching out.

If possible, please, take a screenshot or two of the issue as it presents itself in the WordPress admin. You can upload screenshots to your Media Library, Imgur.com, or a site like WeTransfer.com and share the link.

    Kind regards

    Andrew

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Teunis

    Thanks for the detailed feedback.

I’ve tried to replicate this issue. I can’t find a new product if the product is privately published, but if I make the product public, I can find it using the Destination URLSelect Content field.

Assuming the products in question are public and not privately published you could perhaps try a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce, the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, and Page Builder. Does the issue persist?

Hi Andrew, Thank you very much for your investigation. I have to find the right moment to do this test, because it is a live website. If I find something I will let you know. Best regards, Teunis

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Teunis

    Thanks for your reply.

You could perhaps use a plugin like WP Maintenance Mode. The initial test should be quite quick. The idea is to remove all other plugins (deactivate) to see if a working baseline can be found.

Please, let us know how it goes.

    Cheers

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you. It was WPML! I didn’t disable all, but started with some plug-ins I suspected. With WPML disabled it worked. Now I changed a setting in WPML – I made products translatable (they weren’t) – and it seems to be solved! Thank you for pushing me in the right direction.

    Best regards,

    Teunis

    Hi Andrew,

It is possible to remove/hide the screenshot links in my second post? The rest of the thread could remain in tact, maybe it helps others.

    Best regards,

    Teunis
