Funny thing. I’m building a new site for a friend who’s artwork is in my gallery. I’ve made a link to my gallery, but it is nog clickable on my laptop. On my phone it works like a charm though.
Look for the grey text: galerie de kleine Vesting on this page below the slider.
Would love some help with this one.
Hi!
Sorry, I was trying out one of the free themes and stumbled upon the support forum and saw your post and randomly clicked on it.
Anyway, I checked the site, and after inspecting it on Chrome, I discovered that the MasterSlider div is “covering” your link. When you decrease the viewport, the text gets wrapped and your link “escapes” cover by the div. That’s why you can click it on mobile.
I don’t know enough about the theme yet to help you resolve it, but I guess I’ve provided some kind of direction. Best of luck to you! :)
Regards,
Danel
Hi Danel,
Thank you for being helpful! :)
Hi Simone,
To extend on what Danel was saying, the issue is that the link is being covered by the meta slider. It’s covering it due to the margin you set.
For reference:
I would suggest lowering the margin-top amount. Then please navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS an you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Then add the following CSS.
You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
Thank you Danel, much appreciated!!!
Alex, that did the trick, thanks.
Hi Simone,
Is there anything else I can help you with today? :)
No Alex, I’ll probably be back soon though, hahaha!
