Hi,

I was trying to edit and follow your Youtube video and even bought the template. I am very new to this but somehow I managed to loose my inserted widgets. I have reinstalled plug in and tried again to rewrite it – but no succees.

I also tried using lightbox and that did not work either.

Also tried deactivating all plugins and then activevate them one after the other – also without luck.

Now I have lost both some work and seems to be stuck with this. Please help.

    Hi Tonni

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    I’m not sure we have any new videos on YouTube, I know there is a very comprehensive Vantage video out there, it might be the one you watched.

    When you activate a new theme widget assignments will be lost. You can head to Appearance > Widgets, your widgets should be in the inactive widgets box, near the bottom of the screen. You should be able to drag them into place again. The same can apply for menu assignments, you might just need to head to Appearance > Menus and re-save your menu location.

    I’m not sure which lightbox plugin you were using. I’m a fan of http://jetpack.me/support/carousel/ which goes great with http://jetpack.me/support/tiled-galleries/, perhaps give that a go.
