Light grey border appearing on Home page

My Vantage website is now live but I have a problem with the Home page (see http://gracehallphotography.com). As you will see, there is a light grey border appearing on the page which only appeared when we went live.

Can you let me know how to remove this border? Thanks.

    Hi Noel

Do you mean the light grey border around the image? If so, you can remove this in the customizer. Navigate to Appearance > Customizer. Under the Page section is a setting called “Image Shadow and Rounding”. Just uncheck this to remove the drop shadow – which is generally where the light grey border comes from.

Hi Greg – thank you for the reply. Please click on the following link where I have uploaded a screenshot with RED ARROWS to indicate where the light grey border appears – http://gracehallphotography.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/border-problem.png

Can you let me know how to remove this border? Thanks.

    Noel.

    Hi Noel

That's very strange. I don't see those on my side, and they shouldn't be part of Vantage. Which browser are you using? Can you check if you still get this issue in another browser? It's a long shot, but it's possible a browser extension might be showing these for some reason.

Could you also try logging out of your site and check if you still get those arrows?

    Hi Greg, Noel

I had a look at the site and the mete-slider overlay is not loading my end, could this be related to the grey box shown in noel’s screenshot. I have tried this in IE and Chrome and just get a placeholder.

Aaah, you’re right Magus. I hadn’t thought of that. Noel, would you know how to remove/fix those missing overlay images?

Hi Greg – I fixed the problem. The Meta Slider Overlay Images were linking to a folder on the “Demosite”. When I changed them to link to the correct folder, it worked fine.

    Thank you for your assistance.
