Hiya,
I have created a custom side bar which shall consist of each a thumbnail picture and a text right to it. So I have assigned the site origin layout builder to the side bar and than dragged the site origin image into a row. When editing the site origin image the button to select an image does not work.
Can you check, please?
Thank you!
Kerstin
Seems to need a double click. Now it works.
Strange issues here. I am sure I clicked one, double and even triple.
You can delete the post.
Another issue occurred with the same side bar menu. So it is one layout builder widget, containing 5 rows. Each row has two columns, the left being used for a site origin image, ther right for the visual editor. The images shall all have the same size.
Their original size is all individual heights 1000pxl width. So cropping should be done towards the height. However, what happens (whatever image size I am choosing from the drop down), the image size always differs. Sometimes, lght blue borders to one or two sides of the image are added.
Do I miss something?
Kind regards
Kerstin
Hey Kerstin
Thanks for reaching out.
The SiteOrigin Image widget’s Choose Media button is working correctly on my side. Can you confirm where you were managing the Layout widget, I’m not clear on that. Was it under Appearance > Widgets?
With regards to the second problem you’re asking about, please can you setup a page where we can see this live. It’s hard to visualise, much easier if we can inspect the source and see what’s going on.
Thanks
