Layout builder header widget issue on latest Chrome version

Hi guys,

I’ve just discovered a weird issue today. We are using the layout widget on the header (Vantage Premium theme) for displaying the social icons along with our telephone number below as a separate row. I found out today that on the latest version of Chrome (69.0.3497.92), the whole widget is displayed on top of the logo rather than on the right side. However, it’s absolutely fine on on older versions of chrome and on Firefox/Edge/IE as well.

I know it has something to do with the latest update on Chrome but I was just wondering whether there is a custom CSS fix for it or we should report it to Google. Any ideas/suggestions welcome

Thanks in advance,
Chris

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Christof

    You can fix this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Add the following CSS:

    #masthead .hgroup #header-sidebar {
    	display: block;
    }

    How does that look?

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
