I’ve never used this forum before but now I am unsure what to do, hence my thread. Not sure which of the two widgets are causing my problem. When I update them my website continually goes offline and online. I’ve been in touch with my website hosters and they say it is an issue with the WordPress database. As I cannot contact WordPress directly, what should I do? I cannot update these plugins because one of them is causing this issue and then I have to get in touch with my website hosting service and get it rolled back. I big pain in the rear! So, please could you advise me on what to do next? These plugins have not been updated for the last few weeks because of the problem already outlined. I have updated WordPress to the latest version 5.9.2, which I do as a matter of course as and when updates are available.
Please can anyone help or advise me, please?

When the issue occurs there will be more detailed information available. If you have a developer that can assist you, you could enable debugging and debug logs.

Alternatively, please, try to establish a working baseline when the issue occurs. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin. Does the issue persist with only SiteOrigin plugins activated?
